We’ll be hosting the third workshop in a series relating to the philosophy of David Lewis.

The workshop will take place on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th September, and the speakers will be:

Monday 19th September

John Divers (Leeds). Lewis on the Analysis of Modality.
Daniel Deasy (UCD). Advanced Temporalizing.
Thomas Krödel (HU-Berlin/Hamburg). A New Future Similarity Objection.

Tuesday 20th September

Ralf Busse (Mainz). Foundations for a Quasi-Lewisian Nominalism.
Neil McDonnell (Hamburg). Causation’s Non-Occurence Problem.
Maya Eddon (UMass). TBA.

The workshop will take place in Rm.1072 of the Philosophy Department, Von-Melle-Park 6.
